By using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). We are not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise between you and the garage or MOT testing centre. You are responsible for communicating directly with the service provider to resolve such problems.
Payments and Refunds
By booking a service through Preston MOT & Garage, you agree to pay the fees and any applicable taxes associated with the service. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service date and will be processed at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so through our platform. Cancellation fees may apply, as outlined in the service provider's cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Preston MOT & Garage or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
